Flagler County Recent Arrests is privately owned. It is not part of Flagler County, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, the Florida Department of Corrections, or any other government body. Neither this service nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The site helps readers locate public inmate, arrest, court, and jail resources in Flagler County and Florida. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.
Purpose and Independence
This is an independent reference service with no official role in local, state, or federal government. It does not keep the Flagler County jail roster, court files, arrest reports, or booking photos. Staff cannot confirm whether a person remains in custody, arrange a release, change a record, or submit a government filing for a visitor.
The service identifies routes to resources such as the FCSO inmate search, Commander’s Reports, Flagler County Clerk records, Florida corrections information, and outside research tools. Those resources remain under the control of their respective operators.
